We Understand The Pain Of Losing A Pet. Our Family-Run Pet Crematorium Is Dedicated To Treating Your Pet’s Final Journey With The Dignity, Care And Respect They Deserve.
Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematoria® is a small, independent, family-run service founded by husband and wife team, Neil and Fran. As lifelong pet owners, we understand the deep bond shared with our animals and the heartbreak that comes with saying goodbye.
We have always shared our lives with dogs (and now a cat and a Gecko) and know first-hand the pain of loss. In November 2024, we lost our beloved Harry boy, one of the hardest days of our lives. That experience has helped shape our mission: to provide a compassionate, dignified, and personal pet cremation service for families when they need it most.
Fran has completed a certified pet bereavement programme, allowing her to gently support owners through grief with understanding and care. Our crematorium is set in a peaceful rural location overlooking woods and fields, offering a calm and welcoming environment where you can feel reassured that your pet is treated with the utmost respect.
Our goal is to offer comfort and support during this difficult time, helping you create a lasting tribute to the special place your pet holds in your heart.

When you entrust your pet to Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematoria®, we promise:
Individual cremation only – your pet will always be cremated individually. We do not offer communal cremations.
Respect and dignity at every stage – we care for one pet at a time, from collection through to return of ashes.
Gentle collection and care – whether collecting from your home, a veterinary practice, or welcoming you by appointment, your pet is transported and treated with compassion.
Time to say goodbye – our private bereavement room is available for final visits or for euthanasia, which we can help arrange. Children are always welcome if they wish to attend.
Clear communication – we will keep you fully informed, liaise with your vet if needed, and always be open and honest about costs and timings.
Keepsake options – paw and nose prints (always free of charge) as well as paw impression cast (at an additional cost), are available upon request.
Timely return of ashes – ashes are usually returned within 48 hours, with transparency if circumstances require longer.
Compassionate support – a listening ear, understanding, and a quiet cup of tea whenever you need it.
The love our pets give us is unconditional. We believe their final journey should be filled with the same care, kindness, and dignity they gave us throughout their lives.
