Thank you for choosing us at Rainbow Bridge®, we are a small family run business and our service is personal and dignified.
We understand that the loss of a pet is very upsetting and so we have set up this page to make sure you are aware of the services we offer, whats included in the price and what extras are available.

The Important Arrangements
These are a few important things that we will need to discuss with you as soon as you feel able to.

Let us know if you will be bringing your pet to us or if you would like us to collect your pet.
We have a small service charge over 10 miles from our address. With our collection service your pet will be transported respectfully. We only collect one pet at a time to ensure the highest level of care.

We will need to discuss your requests for the momentos you would like and any requirements you have for the service.
This will include nose and paw prints and a lock of hair if possible. We can also discuss if you would like music played during the cremation service.
These services are free of charge and carried out with the highest level of dignity. Your pet will be placed in our cool room whilst any prints are taken.
If you would like to enhance the momento you have, we can offer a paw casting service or jewellery to help you keep a treasured memory. You can find information about these options here.

Your pets ashes will be returned in a calico bag unless a scatter tube or an urn is purchased. We have a wide range of urns available to purchase which act as a memorial to treasure your pets ashes.

We will discuss with you the date of the cremation.
Each cremation is individual and the only service we offer. We have a private space available for you to say goodbye to your pet.

It can be hard to say goodbye to your pets belongings, but if you have any clean bedding, toys, unopened food, leads and harnesses we offer a service where we donate them to local rescue centres where they are greatly needed. Just bring them along to us if you would find comfort in them being used by animals in need.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of our boy on his final journey. I wasn’t sure what to expect as we have never lost a pet before but the service has been exceptional.
