Fran and Neil were so understanding, and took the time for us to unload our sorrow. They treated our boy with such care and attention throughout, giving him dignity and respect. Fran contacted us as soon as the cremation had taken place, allowing us to arrange to collect the ashes. She had taken both a pawprint and a nose print of Maxx for us as a keepsake, along with a memorial candle. We cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided.
