Yes — we’re available 7 days a week and offer out-of-hours support whenever possible. If your pet has just passed or you’re facing an emergency, please call us and we’ll guide you through the next steps with care and compassion.

We provide individual (private) pet cremations only. Your pet is cremated on their own, and their ashes are always returned to you.

Yes — with every cremation, your pet’s ashes are carefully returned to you in a keepsake pouch , alternatively you can purchase a scatter tube,an urn or we can place the ashes in an urn you provide.

Our aim is to get your ashes returned to you within 48 hours, however this may not always be achievable and we will keep in touch . We’ll keep you updated throughout and let you know as soon as they’re ready.

Yes — we offer free collection within 10 miles during normal working hours. Out-of-hours collections are available, and a collection charge applies. We can collect from your home or veterinary practice, helping to ease the burden during a difficult time.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your pet directly to us by appointment. Please contact us first so we can prepare for your arrival.

We care for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and other small companion animals. If you have a different type of pet, please contact us to discuss.

Yes — where possible, we can arrange a peaceful goodbye prior to cremation. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your wishes.

We offer a selection of urns, scatter tubes, and keepsakes. You’re also welcome to provide your own.

An attended cremation means you are present with your beloved pet as they begin their final journey. You can be involved as much or as little as you feel comfortable with — we will support and guide you through every step.
Privacy &Care - The crematorium will be closed during your visit so you have complete privacy. Attended cremations are available mornings only and must be pre-booked.
Saying Goodbye - When you arrive, if your pet is already with us, they will be prepared and ready for you to say your final goodbyes in a peaceful setting.
Your Choice of Involvement - You may choose to place your pet into the chamber yourself, or we can do this for you. If you wish, you may also start the cremation process. Special music can be played during this time to honour your pet.
Waiting for Ashes - After the cremation, you’ll be given a time to return for your pet’s ashes. This is usually between 2–5 hours, depending on your pet’s size.
Additional Fee - Attended cremations take around 1 hour and are available for an additional fee on top of the cremation cost. (please see prices)

We can provide a paw print either in clay or ink, please note whilst every effort is taken results may vary, but please be assured we will try our very best to get you a clear print.

Your pet’s cremation will be dependent on their size/weight. Please visit our prices page or contact us directly for clarification. Payment is accepted by cash, card, or bank transfer – please note cheques are not accepted.

Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematoria only conducts individual cremations. When we collect or receive your pet their chip number is taken immediately, and added to all paperwork. Before any cremation takes place your pets chip number will be taken again and matched, after the cremation service the ashes are labelled and packed which guarantee you receive the ashes of your pet. we are also members of the APPCC for which we have to follow strict guidelines.

This will be discussed at the time, there are a few options
1. We can return the ashes to the vets
2. We can deliver back to you (charges apply)
3. You can collect free of charge at an appointed time

Unfortunately, you will need to call beforehand as we may already have a bereaved family in attendance. We strive to give every family the time they need without interruption.

A. When the time arrives, you may be at the vet or at home, either way, please get in touch as soon as you can, and we will be there for your pet to be collected. Alternatively, you can come to us at a previously arranged time.
B. We work closely with a number of local, fully qualified Vets for home euthanasia, please ask for details.
